Refund & Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your subscription at any time in the app, from your Account page.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Turning off automatic renewal stops all future charges. Nothing further is taken from your card or account.
• Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Turning off renewal takes effect at the end of the current period only. It does not entitle you to a refund for the period already paid for.

• The free trial requires no payment, so no refund applies to it.
• Recharge / top-up purchases are non-refundable.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
• We do not pro-rate or refund partial months.

Where a refund is required by applicable law or issued to correct a billing error, it is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear in your statement.
