Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel your SonoScribe subscription and when payments are eligible for a refund.

1. How to Cancel

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time in the app, from your Account page.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again after you cancel.
  • Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals only. It does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

2. Refund Rules

  • The free trial requires no payment, so no refund applies to it.
  • Recharge / top-up purchases are non-refundable.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
  • We do not pro-rate or refund partial months.

3. Refund Timeline

Where a refund is required by applicable law or issued to correct a billing error, it is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear in your statement.

4. Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at sonoscribeai@gmail.com with your payment reference. We investigate every billing dispute and respond within 1 business day.
