SonoScribe provides AI-assisted drafting and structured reporting support for ultrasound workflows used by qualified medical professionals. You dictate or type your findings — and may optionally upload a photo of the ultrasound machine’s measurement screen — and the service drafts a structured report, runs an advisory diagnostic review, and produces a Word document for you to review, sign, and finalise.

You must be a qualified medical professional and at least 18 years old to use the service. By using the service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

• Provide accurate and current information when creating your account.
• Keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically and are billed via Razorpay until you cancel.
• The free trial is limited to one per account, expires per the terms shown at signup, and produces unsigned preview documents; a paid subscription is required for signed reports.
• The prices shown to you at checkout are the prices that apply.
• Cancellation and refund terms are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Each subscription includes a generous monthly usage allowance. Your usage is shown in the app as a simple percentage. We reserve the right to limit excessive usage to keep the service fast and fair for everyone.

• Optional one-time top-ups add to your current month’s usage allowance.
• Top-ups are non-refundable.
• Unused top-up allowance expires at the end of the billing cycle in which it was purchased.

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, accessing it by automated means outside its intended interfaces, uploading unlawful content, or uploading documents you do not have the right to share.

The app, its content, software, and branding are owned by the operator of SonoScribe. You retain all rights to the documents and dictation you upload; you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service to you.

• The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We accept no liability for medical decisions made on the basis of AI-generated output. The service is an informational aid; all medical decisions must be made by qualified healthcare professionals.

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the service.
